1. Interception of Unavailable Materials

When submitting the parts quotation and parts order, the CRM will verify according to the unavailable materials provided by the business side interface. If it matches the unavailable materials, it will prompt that the materials are unavailable, and it will be impossible to place an order using such materials. Currently, this function has been launched in the Indonesian national region. After about one month of testing without any problems, it will be promoted globally.

2. Optimization of List Price Maintenance Application Form

The list price maintenance application form can be directly searched through the global search at the top of the page.

2.2 Quick View of Sub - orders & Approval Flows

A new label of "Sub-order & Approval" is added, which allows for a quick view of the sub-orders corresponding to the parent order of the list price maintenance application, and you can directly click on the approval flow link to view the approval details.

2.3 Automatically fill in the upper-level materials

When adding an part line item, the system will automatically match and fill in the upper - level material based on the equipment number and material number. When the corresponding upper - level material is not found, the current material code will be automatically filled in as the upper - level material.

3. Add the sharing permission for the delivery manager regarding the parts order.

The delivery manager of the parts order can share the read-write permissions of the order with others, making it convenient for others to assist in handling the order.
