ChangeOrder

Entry path: The person in charge of the Parts will enter it in the system: Spare Parts Management --> Sales --> My parts order

Create a change notification​

Click the Change Notification button before the order is shipped to generate the accessory change notification.

Scrap parts order​

In the change order, whether to discard the whole order or not is to fill in the reason for the change and submit it. After the approval is completed, the parts order will be automatically discarded.

Parts change order reduces the number of parts​

Select the material line that you want to change and click the "Reduce" button

Click the corresponding line item to enter the current quantity

If there is no other change content, click [Submit for approval] to initiate the approval process. After approval, the change information of the accessory order will be synchronized with ERP. ERP will execute the modified parts order details in the future.

Initiate a parts order change - Replace materials​

Select the material line that you want to change and click the [Replace] button

In the Parts replacement details screen that pops up, select the new Part Code. Note: The replacement relationship between "original parts" and the new "part code" should be maintained in CRM;

The Change Type of the material line is updated to Replace. Display the replaced "Parts" and "original parts"![](./Accessory Change Order.007.png)

After approval, the accessory order change information will be synchronized with ERP. ERP will execute the modified parts order details in the future.
