The marketing personnel fill in the gift amount (./parts sales price) and responsible engineer in the contract review

After the contract is approved, send a message to the Parts engineer and generate the corresponding "Contract gift Requisition" in the Parts personnel role.

Service parts personnel enter the "Contract Gift Demand Sheet" to create parts orders

Click related and select parts order to enter the parts order interface

Edit parts order, add materials and submit. The seller, shipper and buyer in this spare parts order are all automatically brought out according to the host contract, and the engineer only needs to add the material information and other required fields.
