Batch Updates
Path: Equipment -> Equipment Change -> Batch Updates
Open the After-Sales Service application, switch the group to Equipment, for devices that require batch updates, open the Batch Updates menu, and click +New
Save, then upload the file. It is recommended to use Excel to list the device codes that need to be changed, the fields to be modified, and the updated content. Finally, submit it for approval.
